The mission of TRIFID Medical Group is to reduce the risk associated with
the development of revolutionary new medical devices by demonstrating
technical, clinical, and commercial feasibility. The
uncertainty of so-called 'disruptive' technologies is reduced during the
small scale commercialization pilot program for each new medical
device. When the new technology is accepted by early-adopters it is
presented to large medical device manufacturers where the business
development and financial potential can be assessed for rapid acquisition.
Focus:
New Product Development effort will build a portfolio of small niche
market technologies, each with short term annual revenue potentials
of $1 million to $3 million. Primary clinical focus is in
three areas of medicine:

- Critical Care Medicine
Strategy:
To link clinical inventors and innovators (those most closely aligned with
the clinical problem to be solved) with a network of technology and
marketing experts to fully develop and commercialize their
idea. Once the design is proven in the market, we help identify
